Effective Communication with Families (2 hours)

Participants in this training will learn skills to effectively communicate with the families and parents of the children in their classroom (ages birth – 5).  Discussion will focus on types of communication, improving communication skills, common topics that can concern parents, and how to answer difficult questions.
