How to Involve Children in Purposeful Play (2 hours)

Participants in this training will learn skills to effectively engage the children in their classroom (ages birth – 5) in purposeful play.  Discussion will focus on differences between free play and purposeful play and how to expand upon a child’s interests while in the math and manipulatives, block, or writing centers.
