Some feedback from coworkers includes:
I would like to nominate Victoria Ballou for the Employee of the season. I have had the privilege of watching Victoria grow into the amazing person and teacher she has become. Victoria started out as an infant teacher and has worked her way up into our Lead teacher in Preschool 1. She has grown leap and bounds in developing her own teaching style. She takes direction and immediate puts it into action. She is playful and intentional with what she is teaching through play. She is currently in our TEACH program to obtain her bachelors degree and recently graduated from the LearnERS program. She is always looking for ways to improve her craft. She loved by all staff and every parent whose child has had her. Every challenge we give her she meets and then goes above and beyond expectation. I can not express how proud I am of her and her accomplishments.
I am nominating Victoria because of her dedication to our center, the children in her classroom and their families. Each day Victoria challenges the children with new and innovative activities. She truly embraces that learning should be done while at play. Victoria is able to remain calm and smile in difficult situations and help guide children in a kind and gentle way when they are not meeting classroom expectations. She continues her studies at RIC to improve her practice and has completed LearnERS with a 4.29 overall score. In addition, Victoria always rises to any challenge given to her.

On top of that, she has started some great partnerships for Kids Klub, including doing a food drive to support Veterans. Haley is someone who is very passionate about her work with the kids and it is very rare to see someone who cares as much about her kids as Haley does. Kids Klub is very lucky to have someone like Haley on our staff.
