We are looking forward to sending one lucky employee to the NAEYC Annual Conference in Orlando, FL! The chosen employee will get free airfare, hotel room, annual NAEYC membership, money for food, and registration to the largest early childhood education conference in the world, where tens of thousands of educators choose from hundreds of presentations and exhibits.

Complete this form by June 9, 2025.

Winning employee will receive $75/day stipend for food & beverage and will be paid for 5 days (based on your Benefits classification) while attending the conference!

All Part Time, Full Time, Salaried employees are eligible to win.
Winner must attend the conference.
If winner cancels, winner is responsible for all flight and registration fees incurred.

By submitting this contest entry, I agree that if I am chosen I will attend the NAEYC conference, held on Nov. 19, 20, 21. If I am unable to attend the conference, I will notify the Home Office immediately and I agree that I will be responsible for all flight, hotel, and registration fees if I cancel. All cancellation fees could be deducted from my paycheck.

I will receive $75/day for food and expenses. I recognize that any other costs incurred during the conference will be at my discretion and will be my responsibility. I will be paid for 5 days (based on Benefits classification) while attending the conference.

After the conference, I agree to share my knowledge as outlined on my contest entry form.
