Password Reset Required for Procare Accounts

We received a message from Procare regarding security to all accounts. Please view the information below for more details:

As part of Procare Solutions proactive, ongoing commitment to protect student and family information, updated security measures will be implemented over the next few months. The first is new password complexity requirements. This will require all Procare Solution account holders to set a new password.

Ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of the Procare Mobile App as soon as possible to ensure a seamless experience when resetting your password.

When the new password requirements are live, you will be logged out of your Procare Solutions account. To regain access, you should select “Forgot Password? RESET” on the login screen and follow the steps to set up a new password.

Please do not reset your password until you are prompted to do so, or you will have to reset it again.

If the previous password is entered into the login screen, or you are on an older version of the application, you may receive an error message. Please note that the error is due to the need for a new password.
