Representative Tobon reads to DDC Pawtucket Concord St. children

Thank you Representative Tobon for reading to our #DDCPawtucketConcord students this morning! Dr. Day Care was excited to participate in “RI Reads to Young Children” — a week where community leaders visit early learning centers to read to some of our littlest learners!

 

Reading aloud to young children is so important.

This was a great opportunity for our children and teachers, thank you to everyone who helped coordinate this event for our young children. Infants and toddlers are developing language, motor, and emotional regulation skills
through daily activities. Reading helps them develop lots of these skills.
