Through a partnership with the Community College of Rhode Island, eligible staff members can enroll in a program that offers the chance to earn 12–24 college credits in Early Childhood Education. This is a fantastic way to build your skills, deepen your knowledge, and take the next step professionally – all while continuing your work.
Even more exciting:
Participants who successfully complete the program may become eligible for a Lead Teacher position, with starting pay at $18.00 per hour.
