Dr. Day Care, Kids Klub, and Therapeutic Child Care Services are proud to announce an exciting new chapter in our story. Soon we will be unveiling new company names that reflect who we are, and where we’re headed in the future.

This process started with employee feedback during our company-wide strategic plan in 2023 and we continued from there. One big thing stood out – we are more than just “daycare” and it is time to evolve our brand. Our goal with the new names is to bring all three of our programs together under one unified vision and to also better reflect our expertise in providing quality education, care, and support.

This change reflects how far we’ve come and where we’re headed next. While our name will evolve, what won’t change is our mission, our values, or the incredible people who make this company what it is.

We are entering a new chapter with new company names and new logos.

Today, we offer more than care. We provide education, enrichment, and meaningful learning experiences that help children thrive, both inside and outside the classroom.

This growth has led us to bring all three of our programs together under a unified vision.

We’re still the same people, with the same values and dedication. Over time, we realized that the word “daycare” no longer fully represents who we are or what happens in our classroom each day. Our focus has always been on intentional learning, nurturing relationships, emotional development and helping children grow with confidence and curiosity. This rebrand simply allows our name to reflect the meaningful work happening every day.

While our names and logos are evolving, our commitment remains unchanged: to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment – with a continued focus on education for children, teachers, families, and one another.

Results from previous staff surveys:

The highest performing terms were “developmental” (81.5%), “safe” (77.8%), and “nurturing” (70.4%). 

The overwhelming majority listed “developmental,” which seems to indicate this is what staff sees as their primary responsibility to help facilitate the development of children.

In addition, staff (59.3%) indicated that “caring/nurturing setting” sets your organization apart. Further supporting the importance of this attribute, 92.6% of your staff listed “environment (i.e. nurturing, welcoming, enriching)” when asked about what was most important to parents. 

Staff also listed “trusted care” and “enrichment” as phrases that best represents the organization. In offering their own names for the company, staff indicated that “daycare” no longer represents what you provide, and the words “learning,” “enrichment,” and “education” stood out above all else.
